💛Noster Kitchen

The word Noster is a Latin pronoun meaning our. We find incredible joy in sharing our space and our culinary styles, flavors and philosophies with those who walk through the door. Our kitchen is (y)our kitchen!

The motivation for opening Noster Kitchen was to provide our community with an eatery that serves fresh, wholesome and flavorful food. We believe that food should not only taste good but also leave you feeling good. To ensure this, we make everything on our menu from scratch using whole and minimally processed foods. Local and organic ingredients are our first choice when feasible. We cater to many dietary preferences from vegan to paleo. Our whole menu is gluten free (though we are not a certified GF kitchen) and mostly dairy free (we use butter and ghee in just a few things)!
